Michael Burks Band at the Laughlin River Run, April 24, 2004
The Band Covered our Blues Addiction throughout the River Run at The Colorado Belle
I caught them on film opening the crowd up to the 'Hawaiian Tropic Finals' held there at 5PM
The Band has been a regular at the Colorado Belle for the last many years, and has developed a following that stayed with their performance long into the night, as I found when I came by for the close of the show
Wayne Sharp keyed the organ and added his vocals to the blues mix, John Davies played bass, and Chuck "Popcorn" Louden brought his skins to the party
